The Homeless World Cup is an annual international soccer tournament used to increase awareness and support for the homeless around the world. In an effort to increase buzz for this year's tournament, held from December 1 to December 7, ESPN has purchased the rights to Kicking It, a documentary follows the lives and experiences of several Homeless World Cup players.

I think this is a great way for the mass public to gain insight into the lives of the homeless. I believe ESPN will be airing Kicking It sometime this fall, so stay tuned!
